Managing Director
Born and raised in Chatham, Kent barring a small stint at the University of Lincoln to study Law, Sam has always proudly lived in and around the Medway Towns.

In terms of hobbies, the main two passions are Spurs and Fishing, having held a season ticket since the 1998/99 season, (and yes he’s seen them win a trophy). Other hobbies include music which consists of a strong Indie, Mod, Rock, Punk genre to it. As well as enjoying a bit of Gardening in the summer months and rustling up the odd delicacy in the Kitchen.​

Bruiser is always on hand when things get a little hectic. Whether it’s a squeeze to release stress during a busy day or simply a cheerful reminder that HR doesn’t have to feel intimidating, he brings lightness and calm to the office.
As our mascot, Bruiser represents what Bearman HR is all about: support, resilience and making challenges feel more manageable.
He may not join client calls or draft HR policies, but he’s a constant reminder that we’re here to take the pressure off and help businesses thrive.
